Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to request a refund for our business advisory services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Nomads Tech Pte Ltd within 14 days of the date of purchase of the business advisory service.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- If services have been rendered by Nomads Tech Pte Ltd prior to the refund request, a pro-rated amount for the services rendered may be deducted from the refund amount.
- No refunds will be issued after 14 days of the date of purchase.
- Nomads Tech Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline a refund request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the request is fraudulent or abusive.
- Nomads Tech Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order or service to the customer with refund.
Please note that our refund policy applies only to our business advisory services and does not cover any third-party services or products that may have been recommended or provided as part of our services. Additionally, any fees incurred as part of the refund process (e.g. bank charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
